We provide non-invasive medical biomagnetism therapy and spinal alignment services aimed at supporting natural wellness and balance. Our services are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or care.
3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Appointments require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows. We reserve the right to refuse service to ensure client safety and compliance.
5. Privacy & Health Information
We comply with HIPAA privacy guidelines and protect your personal health information. Your data is stored securely and used only for appointment, treatment planning.

Age restriction (18+): You must be 18 years or older to consent to our SMS program.

4. Medical Disclaimer

6. Limitation of Liability
Durazo Medical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services beyond the cost of the service provided. Clients assume responsibility for their own health decisions.
SMS/Text Messaging Program
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
a) Description of SMS Program: By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Durazo Biomagnetism. We use SMS for appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, wellness updates, customer service, and promotional offers related to our biomagnetism services.
b) Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 4 messages per month related to your appointments and services.
c) Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

e) Message and Data Rates Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
